FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Yes! We provide a digital copy of any portraits you purchase during your viewing appointment. All of your digital copies will receive the same professional touch ups that your printed portraits do. You can tag us on FB and IG @benhorvatphoto
After the photography portion of your experience we will meet at your home to view and order portraits. We’ll talk about touch ups, find the perfect sizes, and get everything designed and made for you in Italy.
It usually takes about 3-5 weeks to get everything delivered and for local clients we will personally deliver and install your portraits.
I HAVE AN EXTENDED FAMILY, WILL EVERYONE HAVE A CHANCE TO BE PHOTOGRAPHED?
We have photographed over 500 extended family sessions, so to say we specialize in it might be an understatement. We know it can be stressful having everyone together, so we make sure to keep very organized, and clearly direct everyone on the flow of the session to make sure everyone has a chance to get amazing portraits and look great!

Before your photography session, we’ll meet at your home for a portrait consultation. Here we will help you choose the best look for your family that will flatter you and look good in your home!

Let’s be very real for a minute. Most men don’t like taking pictures. Ben isn’t even that fond of it, his mother couldn’t even get him to have his own senior portraits! However, knowing this, Ben has made his experiences great for everyone, including stubborn men.

We’ve developed a system to make it easy and fun, while making sure we get enough portraits and make everyone look good.
I understand that it can be hard to act natural when you feel like your in the spotlight. At BHP, we focus on building connections and relationships so it doesn’t feel like your working with a stranger, but instead hanging out with a friend. Combine this with some of our easy poses and natural prompts, and we guarantee youll have an effortless experience.
We all have something we are self-conscious about. It could be a blemish, a birthmark, or maybe we haven’t been hitting the gym as much as we want. Benjamin Horvat Photography can help in two ways!
1. We’ll help you with posing and prompting to make sure you get your best looks.
2. We professionally touch up all of your portraits to help you look your best.
CAN WE DO FAMILY & SENIOR PORTRAITS DURING THE SAME SESSION?
Of course! Combining sessions is one of the best ways to save time and the perfect excuse for anyone who might want to drag their feet! Almost all of my senior portrait sessions include 10-15 minutes of family portraits.
I WANT TO GIVE GIFTS TO MY FAMILY, DO YOU HAVE ANY SPECIALS OR DISCOUNTS?
Yes! Families, especially grandparents, love to get portraits as gifts! On our albums, storybooks, and folios you can purchase copies of prints for a significant discount.
Similarly, the more images you fall in love with and want to purchase, the more each image is discounted. Basically, the more you buy, the better the deal!
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE MY PORTRAITS OR PRINTS?
We offer a 100% guarantee on all of our services. We believe that if we keep Our Promise you’ll always have something that you like. If you don’t we’ll work with you until you do.
